I believe anything done half ass'd......is bound to fail. So unless your ready to give a 100%......why even try???

I agree! At least 100% is required! At least. I personally give 110%, so I expect the same from my man!

I think in order for a relationship to be 50/50 both parties have to giving 100%. One person can't do all the work or make all the compromises...

I am so in agreement with everyone else here, you are only going to get out what you put in so 100% is definately a necessity on both sides.
